Scope of works
Boundary Fencing and Gates
To supply and install approximately 150m of 1.8m high P100 mesh fencing system including access gates as detailed below. Fence line will run from boundary with Unit C up to a 6.0m wide manual double leaf access gate spanning the roadway, following on from the gate the fenceline will run around the gas unit along the footpath and the return to the main building behind the small extension. Coming from the side of Unit A we will run up to a 5.0m wide manual double leaf access gate across the car park, after the gate the fencing will run up to the existing boundary to a corner and the replace the existing chainlink along the road side up to the rear corner of the property. At the corner we will return along the back run of and finish at the junction of Unit B & C. All posts set in suitable concrete foundations. All fencing as below specification.
Posts: 60 x 60 x 2400mm long SHS complete with threaded inserts for securing panels. Posts c/w flat plastic post caps.
Panels: 1730mm H x 3000mm W panels fabricated from 5mm dia galvanised wire.
Mesh Size: 200 x 50mm c/w 30mm barbed top
Rigid Beams: 1.8m high panels come c/w 3 nr. beam sections to add rigidity
Fixings: Panels are fixed using 4 No. Universal PVC Brackets and M8 x 30mm stainless-steel tamper-proof screws per post.
Gates: 1no. @ 5.0m wide opening in 180deg, padlockable slide latch and drop bolts, adjustable hinges

Coating: Galvanised & Polyester Powder Coated Grey (RAL 7016)
Knee Rail
To supply and install approximately 36m of 500mm high steel knee rail to either side of the main entrance to Unit A. Knee rail will be fabricated from 90×10 RSF posts set at 1.2m ctrs and supporting a 60mm dia circular top rail. Posts set in suitable concrete foundations. All steel work to be galvanised and powder coated Grey RAL 7016 as per image below
