We are a fencing contractor based in Ashford, Kent who specialise in the bespoke installation of commercial and security fencing for a range of companies. Our services include fencing for schools, railways, local businesses and contractors across Kent and surrounding areas.
All of our fencing installers are experienced installation gangs who we employ full-time, as opposed to outsourcing self-employed contractors. All of our employees are fully certified and hold CSCS, PTS and various CITB credentials to ensure the upmost professionalism and are all trained in first aid.
As a company we run our own in-house H&S accredited management and offer external Health and Safety consultancy for specialist projects. We also hold RISQS and sponsor our own PTS installers specifically for railway fencing work and are able to adapt and work alongside other site contractors for larger projects.

How We Work
Although every fencing project is unique, as an established fencing contractor in Kent we have designed a specific model which we work from to ensure every project runs as smoothly as possible. Below we have outlined our typical 3-step method which we adhere to for each client’s fencing project.
1. Pre-Qualification Questionnaire & Site Survey
Firstly, when we are approached for a potential project we will complete the client’s Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ) to include insurances, financials, previous experience, references etc. We then visit the site to ascertain the extent of work required and talk through the client’s specifications, sometimes we are also able to offer more suitable alternatives if cost savings can be achieved to keep within budgets.
2. Tender & Pre-Start Meeting
Once we have checked over everything we will then submit our tender for the work including a cost breakdown, realistic time-frame and drawings. After this we then like to attend a pre-start meeting on site with the client to run through the tender, answer any questions and discuss a lead-time, start date and program.
3. Commencement & Completion of Work
Upon the success of our tender we then send across our project safety package prior to the commencement of work. We then carry out and complete the work in a safe and timely manner whilst continually liaising with the site/project manager. Once the work is complete and the client is happy we then submit an Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manual for the various fence/gate types that have been installed.

I would like to thank Four Seasons and especially Graeme Allison for the fantastic job that they carried out at Valley park School Maidstone. The project brief was changed on numerous occasions and additional work added that Graeme and his team absorbed and they managed to deliver a product that was first class.
