Scope of works

To supply and install approximately 185 linear metres of 2.4m high Bolt Down P100 Weldmesh panel fencing along the site boundary as per your marked up drawing and including for an additional dividing fence line of approximately 61m in length to rear of the units located along Brunswick Road. Materials for the front of the units at Brunswick Road now removed from the scheme but already ordered are separated into a supply only price as discussed.

Fence posts are to comprise of a 60mm x 60mm SHS 2380mm long overall complete with a centralised 120mm x 120mm x 5mm thick baseplate that shall be chemically anchored with 12mm BZP Studs to the newly cast concrete slabs to the entirety of the required perimeter fence.

To supply and install the following gates sets within the perimeter fence line;

• 1No. 8.5m wide x 2.4m high 868 mesh clad Leaves Only gate set to Hilton Road Entrance. Existing Posts to be adapted to suit new gate leaves with hinges welded to allow 180 degree opening. Posts to be cleaned, primed and painted Black.
• 1No. 1000mm wide (clear Opening)  x 2.4m high 868 mesh clad, Emergency push pad exit c/w shroud, Bolt Down gate set, Location left hand side of building as viewed from Brunswick Road.
• 1No. 900m wide (clear Opening) x 2.4m high 868 mesh clad, Emergency push pad exit c/w shroud, Bolt Down gate set, Location right hand side of building as viewed from Brunswick Road.

Fencing Specification:

P100 2.4m High

Posts:                     60mm x 60mm x 2400mm long SHS complete with threaded inserts for securing panels. Posts c/w flat plastic post caps. Posts Base-plated.

Panels:                  2330mm H x 3000mm W panels fabricated from 5mm dia galvanised wire.

Mesh Size:           200 x 50mm c/w 30mm barbed top

Rigid Beams:      2.4m high panels come c/w 3 nr. beam sections to add rigidity

Fixings:                 Panels are fixed using 6No. Universal PVC Brackets and M8 x 30mm stainless steel tamper proof screws per post.

Coating:                Galvanised & Polyester Powder Coated Black (RAL 9005)
