Frequently Asked Questions on our Delivery

We are often asked many questions on our Delivery Service.  Here we have a few points that may help answer your questions…

 

Where do you Deliver?

We offer a delivery service within a 10 mile radius and 30 mile radius of our registered address.

You can view the postal codes which are included in both the 10 and 30 mile radius here…

If you live outside of the 30 mile radius then we ask you to please contact a member of the team to discuss delivery arrangements.

What are your Delivery costs?

We offer a free delivery service within our 10 mile and 30 mile radius – Please note a minimum order value applies. 

Any orders under the minimum order value incur a delivery charge between £15.00 – £30.00.  You can view all our delivery cost details here…

When can I expect Delivery?

Providing all of your items are in stock, we will deliver when we are next in your area.  We try our best to arrange a delivery time and date to suit our customers.  We aim to cover our 10 – 30 mile radius areas every week.

If your items happen to be out of stock at the time of placing your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you an estimated lead time for re-stock.  Our typical lead time is around 14 days, however this can change depending on each item.
