Here we have complied a few questions we often get asked on our product Brochure.
How do I get a Brochure?
You can request our product Brochure online by entering your details on our ‘Brochure Request‘ form.
We will then post you a brochure to your chosen address as soon as possible.
Alternatively, you can collect a brochure from our shop in Bethersden, Ashford.
Where do I find Prices?
Our Product Brochure does not contain prices. We have a separate price list which show prices to all products shown in our brochure. We will post one of our separate price lists along side your Brochure. Prices can change and having an individual price list enables us to keep you up to date with all prices.
Current prices are always available to view on our website.
Do your prices include VAT?
No our prices do not include VAT. VAT will be added to the final cost in your basket when ordering online or when placing an order in store, you will be able to see the VAT on each item clearly stated on your invoice.
The standard rate of VAT is currently 20%.
Do your prices include a Delivery charge?
Our prices do not include any delivery costs. You can view all our delivery information on our Delivery page.
If you do not require delivery then you can select to collect your order from our warehouse in Bethersden, Ashford free of charge.
If there is a product you can’t find in our brochure then please take a look on our website as our website is frequently updated with new products.
