Why do we construct our Premium Closeboard Panels with stainless steel nails?
The benefits of using stainless steel nails is that it provides longer life and avoids staining/rust running down the timber unlike regular galvanised nails which can corrode.
Our panels are built from overlapping vertical timber boards which are nailed with the stainless steel nails to chamfered horizontal rails and framed edges.
Using top of the range thicker, pressure-treated timber for added strength and increased lifespan.
All our Closeboard panels are now made on-site using our own panel making machine, enabling us to mass produce Premium Closeboard Panels for quick turnaround times.
